江苏省体育院校体育职业技能培训现状研究

The Research of the Job to Develop Sports Industry Occupation Skill Training and Identification of the College of Physical Education of Jiangsu Province

该研究主要运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、调查访谈法等,以江苏省体育院校为调查对象,对体育院校开展体育职业技能培训鉴定现状调查研究:(1)师资:部分教师学历偏低,所从事项目的技能实操水平不足,学历结构仍有继续提高的空间;(2)培养方案:各个体育院校对培训的要求并不一致,项目培训与鉴定的推进缺乏统一的节奏;(3)课程设置不太合理;(4)教学安排:教学手段和时数的安排缺乏一定规范。教法也显得比较单一,仍以理论教学为主;(5)各项目通过率有很大的差异,通过率需统筹兼顾、协同发展。

This research mainly uses the literature method, questionnaire,interview,with Jiangsu Province Sports Colleges and universities as the investigation objeet,te carry out the research on skill training and Identification Survey of current situation of physical education of sports college career：（1）：part of low academic qualifications of teachers,teachers are engaged in project practice level skills shortage.The academic structure still continue to improve space.（2）training scheme：requirements for the training of various sports colleges and universities are not consistent,promote training and identification of the project the lack of unified rhythm.（3） the curriculum is not so reasonable.（4）the arrangement of teaching：teaching means and when the number of arrangements for the lack of certain speciflcation.teaching also is relatively simple,is based on the theory based teaching.（5）the project through rate has the very big difference,the pass rate need to be balanced,coordinated development
