职业学校体育名师培养路径探析

The Path to Success for Physical Educators in Vocational Schools

本文针对"打造江苏职业教育名师"的要求,探讨了职业学校的体育教师如何成长为"名师"。研究认为,职业学校的体育名师培养路径为:站稳课堂:(1)赢得学生的认可;(2)取得成绩:赢得体育同行的认可;(3)读书写作:赢得专家的认可。三方的认可,是职业学校体育名师培养的基本路径。

This article aims to summarize what characteristics are necessary to＂build Jiangsu＇s vocational teachers＂. It discusses how teachers in physical education vocational schools can distinguish themselves as recognized teachers.Studies have shown that teachers can guide students by （1）having structured classes：agreed on by students;（2）obtaining results：agreed on by physical educators;（3） reading and writing：agreed on by specialists.All three aspects agree on the aforementioned three traits as the path to success for physical education vocational schools.
