摘要
利用空间网格结构分析软件MST2006对4个钢结构装配式防爆墙模型进行静力分析,并按照满应力原则对模型进行截面设计。这4个模型包括1个柱—支撑结构模型,1个平面桁架结构模型,2个平面桁架系网架结构模型。采用通用有限元软件ANSYS对所有模型进行自由振动分析,得到各模型的一阶振型和固有频率。比较各模型的一阶振型可知,平面桁架系网架结构的一阶振型为平动,振动方向与爆炸荷载作用方向一致,动力特性较好,是一种较优的防爆墙结构形式。
Static analysis of four steel structure assembling blast wall models were carried out by using MST2006. Section design of these models were made in accordance with the?full stress?principle.The four models include one column-brace structure model, one plane truss structure model and two plane truss grid models. Free vibration analysis of the four models were made by ANSYS and the first order vibration modes and natural frequencies of models were acquired. By comparsion of the first order vibration modes of every models, vibration mode shape of plane truss grid structure is translational. The vibration direction?is consistent with the direction of the explosion load. It suggests that plane truss grid structure have good dynamic characteristics and this structure is a better structure for blast wall.
