高校体育教育教学管理的现状及措施分析

为了满足社会发展对人才的需求,人们越来越清楚的认识到体育运动是提高大学生生命活动与生活质量的重要基础与保证,体育在现代社会中的独特作用和重要性日益突出,体育教育作为素质教育重要组成部分的性质也越来越鲜明。为了达到我国高校当前体育教学的目标,全面提高学生的综合素质,推动素质教育的发展,为社会提供更多全方位的优秀人才,改善高校体育教育教学管理的现状有着重要的意义。然而高校在教学管理过程中难免会存在一些问题和不足。通过对全国高校体育教育教学管理现状的调查活动,分析了并指出了当前高校体育教育教学管理中存在的问题和不足,提出了一系列的应对措施,旨在促进高校体育教育教学管理的进步和更好发展。

In order to meet the needs of social development for talent, people more and more clear that sports is to improve the college students’life activities and is an important basis and guarantee of the quality of life, the unique role of sports in the modern society and the importance is increasingly prominent,the nature of physical education as an important part of the quality-oriented education is becoming more and more distinct.In order to achieve the goal of the current sports teaching in colleges and universities,improve the overall quality of students,promote the development of quality education,to provide more comprehensive talents for the society,to improve the current situation of physical education in colleges and universities teaching management has important significance. However,in the process of teaching management in colleges and universities will inevitably has some problems and the insufficiency. Through the investigation about the present situation of the national university sports education teaching management, analyzes and points out the problems existing in the current college physical education teaching management and the insufficiency,proposed a series of countermeasures,to promote the progress of sports education in colleges and universities teaching management and better development.
