Study on the Translation of Literatures on Seawater Desalination

摘要 海水淡化是一种水资源增量技术,正在向高效低能耗、环境友好的方向发展,对解决我国水资源危机具有重大意义。文献情报追踪翻译是这项战略研究任务中的关键环节。本文结合实例探析了海水淡化文献翻译的策略,并就翻译与科研工作一体化所引发的职业道德准则问题进行了思考。 As a reliable technology to augment freshwater supply, seawater desalination is vital for resolving the water crisis in China. The 21st century has marked a development trend in desalination featured by high efficien- cy, low energy consumption and eco-friendly design. In this strategic research task, tracking and translating pertinent literature information serves as the key link. This paper expounds the significance and requirements of this work, discusses the strategies for translating scientific literatures in the field of seawater desalination based on practical experience, and puts forward some viewpoints on the ethic code issues generated from integration of translating and scientific research.
