贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的临床研究

The Split Joint Metoprolol Treatment of Senile Primary Hypertension Merge Heart Failure in Clinical Research

目的:贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:随机数字表法将136例老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的患者分为两组,每组68例,两组均行基础治疗,对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组患者血压、心率及左室舒张末期内经(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内经(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验等心功能指标,疗程均为半年。结果:(1)观察组总有效率率为95.59%,对照组为79.41%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)与治疗前比较,两组血压、心率、6 min步行试验、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF等指标均明显改善,且观察组改善更为明显,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年高血压患者降压效果显著,而且还能够改善患者心功能,避免高血压及其心力衰竭并发症的恶化,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective：To observe benazepril with metoprolol therapy in elderly patients with hypertension combined heart failure clinical curative effect.Method：136 elderly patients with primary hypertension with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,68 cases in each group,two groups accepted foundation treatment,the control group was treated with metoprolol,the observation group adopted the split with metoprolol therapy.To compare blood pressure,LVEDD,LVESD, LVEF,6 minutes walk test cardiac function indexes of the two groups such as a course of six months.Result：（1） The observation group total effective rate was 95.59%,the control group was 79.41%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.（2） Compared before treatment,blood pressure,heart rate,6 min walking test,LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF index of the two groups were significantly improved,with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）,the observation group improved more obviously.Conclusion：Benazepril with metoprolol therapy in elderly patients with hypertension antihypertensive effect is remarkable,but also can improve cardiac function in patients with and avoid the deterioration of hypertension and its complications of heart failure,and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
