摘要
目的:研究护理路径在颈椎曲度推拿治疗过程中的应用效果。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年6月来本院骨科就诊的患有颈椎曲度疾病的患者60例,均采用推拿治疗,将其分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用护理路径方案,采取相同目测方法结合Borden法、X线测量,观察两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组护理有效率和护理满意度均明显高于对照组,且住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对颈椎曲度患者在推拿治疗过程中采用护理路径方案能够有效改善颈椎曲度,缩短住院时间,护理效果显著,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective：To study the nursing path in cervical curvature application effect in the process of massage therapy. Method：60 patients with cervical curvature disease in our hospital orthopaedic clinic from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected, they were divided into observation group and control group,which controls the conventional nursing methods,the observation group nursing path scheme,adopt the same visual method combined with Borden method measuring and X-ray,the effect of two groups of patient care were observed.Result：The nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group,and the length of time significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing path in patients with cervical curvature scheme can effectively improve the cervical curvature, shorten hospitalization time,nursing effect is remarkable,is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
