中药联合针灸法治疗慢性盆腔炎90例分析

Analysis of Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Combined Treatment for 90 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:探讨中药联合针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年2月本院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者90例,随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例,对照组患者给予单纯中药进行治疗,观察组患者在采用中药治疗的基础上,加用针灸的方法进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.8%,复发率为6.7%,对照组分别为82.2%、22.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合针灸法治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,临床治疗效果好,复发率低,有助于提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with clinical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Method：90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from January 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in each group,the control group were given pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the observation group were observed in the use of traditional Chinese medicine, based on the method of treatment plus acupuncture,the clinical outcomes in the two groups were compare.Result：The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.8%,the recurrence rate was 6.7%,in the control group were 82.2%,22.2%,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese herbs combined with acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory effect is remarkable,good clinical results,recurrence rate,help to improve the quality of life of patients, the kind of treatment should be promoted in clinical practice.
