摘要
目的探索临床路径理念教学在心胸外科本科生教学中的应用效果。方法选取2013年3月—2014年3月来该院的本科实习生58名,将其随机分为实验组和传统组,每组29例,实验组采取临床路径理念带教法,传统组采用传统理念带教法,对比分析两组实习生的实习成效。结果实验组学生的理论知识、操作技能、病历书写、病例分析平均分明显高于传统组学生,组间差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径理念用于心胸外科临床实习教学中能够大大有效明确教学目标,规范教学流程,从而提高教学效率和教学质量,为广大实习生所接受和青睐。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching philosophy in the teaching of Undergraduates in cardiothoracic surgery. Methods From 2013 March to 2014 March in our hospital 58 undergraduate interns, it will be randomly divided into the experimental group and the traditional group, 29 cases in each group, the experimental group adopted clinical pathway teaching concept, the traditional group using the traditional teaching concept, comparative analysis of two groups of in-terns internship effectiveness. Results Of theoretical knowledge, operation skills of the students in the experimental group, medical record writing, case analysis the average score is significantly higher than the control group students, group, with statistical signifi-cance. Conclusion The clinical pathway for effective concept can greatly clear teaching objectives in clinical practice teaching of cardiothoracic surgery, standardization of teaching process, so as to improve the teaching efficiency and teaching quality, for the vast number of interns accepted and favored.
