普通外科手术患者医院感染与手术室护理管理的相关性探讨

To Investigate the Correlation Between the General Surgical Patients in Hospital Infection Operation Room Operation and Nursing Management

目的对进行普通外科手术患者医院感染的发生与手术室护理管理之间的相关性进行分析与观察。方法从该院行普通外科手术患者中选取220例作为该研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和实验组两组,其中对照组采用普通护理,实验组采用严格的外科手术室护理。对两组患者的医院感染率进行对比分析。结果在医院感染率方面,对照组和实验组分别19.1%和9.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中应用有效的护理措施,能够在促进护理质量提高的同时,对普通外科手术的医院感染进行有效的预防。

Objective Analysis and observation on the correlation between of nosocomial infection in patients with general surgical operation occurs and operation room nursing management.Methods The patients in our hospital for general surgical operation in 220 cases as the research object selection,And they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group two groups, The control group with general nursing,The experimental group adopted strict surgical operation room nursing.The two groups of patients with hospital infection rate were analyzed.Results In the hospital infection rate,The control group and the experimental group were 19.1% and 9.1%, with significant difference （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Application of the effective nursing measures in nursing in operation room,Can improve nursing quality and,Effective prevention of infection in hospital general surgery operation.
