摘要
目的对绩效考核应用于病案管理中的临床效果进行分析与探讨。方法选择该院内科作为调查研究科室,选取2013年9月—2014年8月期间收治的41例患者,设为试验组,同时选取2012年9月—2013年8月期间收治的41例患者,设为对照组。该院自2013年9月开始实施绩效考核,观察该科室实施绩效考核前后两组患者的病案的质量情况、患者的满意程度及患者的投诉情况。结果试验组患者的病案质量的完善率(93.61%)、患者的满意程度(97.57%)均明显高于对照组患者的病案质量的完善率(60.08%)、患者的满意程度(51.22%);试验组患者的投诉率(2.44%)明显低于对照组患者的投诉率(34.15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施绩效考核,可以提高医务人员整体的专业水平,认识了病案管理的重要性,提高了病案质量的完善率,患者较为满意。
Objective To apply to case management in the performance evaluation of the clinical results were analyzed and dis-cussed. Methods Hospital Division I as a research department, and from patients admitted to the department since September 2012 -2014 September period, 82 patients were randomly selected, which were divided into a control group and the experimental group two, each group of 41 patients in the control group in September 2012 did not begin in September 2013 prior to the imple-mentation of performance appraisal; experimental group in September 2013 -2014 in September after the implementation of per-formance appraisal. The department was observed before and after the implementation of quality performance assessment of medi-cal records of two groups of patients, patient satisfaction and patient complaints. Results The medical records of patients with qual-ity improvement rate of the test group (93.61%), the patient&#39;s degree (97.57%) were significantly higher satisfaction with the quality of the patient&#39;s medical records to improve the rate (60.08%), patient satisfaction (51.22%);complaint rate of the test group of pa-tients (2.44%) was significantly lower than the complaint rate (34.15%) of patients in the control group, were statistically signifi-cance (P&lt;0.05). Conclusion The implementation of performance appraisal, medical personnel can improve the overall level of pro-fessionalism and understanding of the importance of case management, improve the quality of medical records to improve the rate, the more satisfied patients.
