摘要
目的通过对云南省某综合医院2013年底人力资源状况进行分析,了解目前医院人力资源存在的问题,提出改善医院人力资源状况的有效措施,保证医院可持续发展。方法采用统计表格的形式,通过数字分析医院人力资源结构和现状,找出存在的问题及原因。结果医院人力资源结构不合理,学历层次低,高级专业技术人员少,卫生专业技术人员紧缺,人才队伍中坚力量不足,卫生人才的配置和使用缺乏长远全面规划,医院管理人才队伍素质有待提高。结论应加强继续教育培训,增强专业技术人员业务能力和技术水平,加强人才梯队建设和重点专科建设,努力提高卫生专业技术人员的薪酬待遇,从而打造人尽其才的创业平台,营造人才发展的良好环境。
Objective Through the hospital human resources situation analysis at the end of 2013, understand the existing prob-lems on human resources, put forward effective measures to improve human resources condition of the hospital, so that to guarantee sustainable development of the hospital. Methods Use statistical forms and through digital analysis of structure and the status quo of the hospital human resources, find out existing problems and causes. Results The structure of human resources is not reason-able, such as low education level, lack of senior professional and technical personnel and health professional and technical person-nel, fall short of backbone talents. The configuration and usage of health talents lack of long-term overall planning, and quality of the management team should be improved. Conclusions Should strengthen continuing education training, enhance professional technical ability and the technical level, to strengthen development of structure of talent team and construction of key clinical de-partments, make efforts to improve benefit package of health professional and technical personnel, so as to build up a platform to give full scope to the talents, and create a good environment for development of the talents.
