目的探讨行政沟通在实际的医院行政管理过程中的作用。方法将该院1年中的行政管理情况资料进行相应的收集,并需要在该院中进行行政沟通,将该院实施行政沟通后1年中的行政管理情况,比较行政管理过程中进行行政沟通的效果。结果在该院的行政管理过程中实施了行政沟通后,行政管理的总有效率得到了提升,并且在实际的行政管理过程中出现错误的几率也得到了减少。在实施行政沟通后的行政管理有效率98%明显优于实施行政沟通前的行政管理有效率80%,同时实施行政沟通后的行政管理出错率4%明显优于实施行政沟通前的行政管理出错率12%,在实施行政沟通后医院工作人员对行政管理的满意程度评分(8.52±1.48)分明显优于实施行政沟通前工作人员对行政管理的满意程度评分(5.03±1.26)分。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实际的医院行政管理的过程中,实施行政沟通的方式能够显著提升行政管理的效果,在临床实施行政管理的过程中值得推广应用。

Administrative effectiveness 98%after implement administrative commu-nication implement administrative communication is obviously better than the former administrative effectiveness 80%, at the same time implement administrative communication administrative error rate of 4% after implement administrative communication is ob-viously better than the former administrative error rate of 12%, after the implementation of administrative communication hospital staff administrative satisfaction rating of （8.52＆#177; 1.48） to implement administrative communication is obviously better than the for-mer staff member of administrative management satisfaction rating of （5.03＆#177;1.26） points. All the differences were significant dif-ference （P＆lt;0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion In the process of actual hospital administration, administrative communi-cation, the effect of the method can significantly improve the administrative management in the process of exercising administrative management of clinical worth popularization and application.
