摘要
近年来,随着卫生事业的迅速发展,血站承担的采供血工作量也随之逐年快速递增,为缓解采供血工作压力,近10年来,镇江市中心血站通过社会招聘、劳务派遣等方式引进了30余名编外合同制员工,他们分布在血站各个重要岗位,为保障我市临床用血安全、及时、有效供应做出了重要的贡献。由于工作岗位、福利待遇、人员身份的差异,部分编外合同制人员的价值观念、思想状态还不稳定。本文就如何改革考核机制,提高编外人员工作积极性进行分析研究。

In this paper, how to reform examination system, and improve the paper studied the side staff's work enthusiasm.
