社区医疗服务存在的问题及对策

社区医疗是社区管理与服务的一部分,是一般的医疗保健,是对去医院就诊之前的病人进行的医疗。负责社区医疗的医生主要责任是尽最大可能满足大部分人的医疗需求,并与病人建立长久的联系,主要的工作环境是家庭或社区,为居民提供基础医疗。优点是方便病人就医,在一定程度上既降低了病人的就诊费用又省时间,使居民的健康水平在一定程度上得到提高。该文研究我国社区医疗服务与管理的现状,探析现阶段存在的问题,并对如何发展社区医疗提出合理的建议。

Community Healthcare is part of the community management and services, is the general medical care of the patient to the hospital for medical treatment carried out before. The main responsibility of the doctor in charge of the medical community is doing its best to meet the medical needs of most people, and to establish an ongoing relationship with the patient, the main work environment is family or community, and provide residents with basic medical care. The advantage is the convenience of patients for medical treatment, to a certain extent, that reduces the patient＆#39;s treatment costs and save time, make the health of residents improved to some extent. In this paper, the status quo of community health services and management of our country, of existing problems, and how to develop community health reasonable proposal.
