基于模糊综合评判法的民机技术出版物保障性评估

Evaluation of Civil Aircraft Technical Publication Supportability Based on Fuzzy Synthetic Assessment Method

民用飞机技术出版物是飞机保障性分析的一个重要内容,在缺乏相关技术出版物保障性分析数据的前提下,经过对多种国际主流机型技术出版物的研究,分析了飞机技术出版物保障性分析的影响因素,建立了层次化的综合评价指标体系,同时又通过专家打分法将定性评价指标进行量化。在此基础上,运用模糊综合评判分析对技术出版物保障性进行综合排序,从而做出飞机技术出版物保障性评价。最后通过实例分析说明了该文所提模型的合理性。

Civil aircraft technical publication plays a significant role in support analysis of aircraft supportability. The method of establishing technical publication evaluation for aircraft is proposed by some technical publication of some international mainly aircraft models,which includes confirming indexes for evaluation,integrating the index rates by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic assessment. Finally,an example is analyzed in detail for the method mentioned above and the result shows that the model is correct and effective.
