On the Practice of Building a Country under the Rule of Law of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

法治是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,全面深化改革要求必须全面推进依法治国。当前,应该积极完善中国特色社会主义法治体系,切实推进中国特色社会主义法治国家建设进程。为此,必须坚持党的领导、坚持中国特色社会主义制度、贯彻中国特色社会主义法治理论的有机统一,在法治实践中不断探索中国特色社会主义法治国家建设规律,努力建设中国特色社会主义法治国家。

The rule of law is an essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the compre- hensively deepening of the reform requires comprehensively implementing the rule of law. At present, we should actively perfect the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and steadily advance the process of building China into a country under the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To do so, we must stick to the Party＇ s leadership, persist in the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, carry through the organic unification of theories in the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics, explore through prac- tice in the regularities of legal construction, and work hard to build China into a country under the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
