眼底荧光血管造影的不良反应分析及处理

The Adverse Reactions and Treatment of Fundus Fluorescein Angiography

目的分析眼底荧光血管造影时不良反应,探讨不良反应时的处理方法。方法回顾分析了我院863例造影时出现的不良反应的病例及处理方法。结果不良反应共74例,发生率8.88%,轻度不良反应共67例,发生率7.76%,中度不良反应共7例,发生率0.81%,无重度不良反应,无1例死亡。结论眼底荧光血管造影是一项相对安全的检查,一般发生的不良反应比较轻,但须做好药物不良反应的预防,出现不良反应时及时处理。

Objective Analyz the adverse reactions of FFA, to investigate the treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of the case and the treatment of hospital angiography when 863 cases of adverse reactions. Results A total of 74 cases of adverse reactions, the incidence of 8.88%, a total of 67 cases of mild adverse reactions, the incidence of 7.76%, a total of seven cases of moderate adverse reactions, the incidence of 0.81%, no severe adverse reactions, with no deaths. Conclusion FFA is a relatively safe procedure, the occurrence of adverse reactions are generally relatively light, but must do a good job preventing adverse drug reactions, adverse reactions occur when a timely manner.
