摘要
目的对尸头标本经额纵裂入路及鞍区的显微解剖学进行研究。方法将经10%甲醛固定的10例成人尸头标本(经红、蓝乳胶血管灌注处理)作为对象,显微镜下对其行模拟经额纵裂入路鞍区手术,对该入路中的解剖结构进行观察。结果经额纵裂入路可清晰的显露鞍区结构包括嗅神经、视神经、视交叉、垂体柄、颈内动脉及分支、前交通动脉复合体、下丘脑和终板等。结论经额纵裂入路利于手术视野的暴露,鞍区显微解剖结构为手术的设计和改进提供依据。
Objective To study the microscopic anatomy of cadaver head specimens by the transf(ontal interhemispheric approach and saddle area. Methods 10 cases of adult cadaver head specimens fixed by 10% formaldehyde(by the red and blue latex vessels perfusion treatment) as the research objects, who were given simulating by the transfrontal interhemispheric approach saddle area operation under the microscope, the anatomical structure of the approach was observed .Results It could show the structure of the saddle area clearly including olfactory nerve, optical nerve, optic chiasma, pituitary stalk, internal carotid artery and branches, anterior communicating artery complex, the hypothalamus and end plate and so on by the longitudinal crack on the forehead. Conclusion By the longitudinal crack on the frontal approach is good to the exposure of the surgical field, microscopic anatomical structure of saddle area can offer basis to the design of the operation and improvement.
