咽鼓管吹张术与大拇指腱鞘炎的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Eustachian Tube Insufflation and Thumb Tenosynovitis

目的对咽鼓管吹张术与大拇指腱鞘炎的相关性情况进行分析。方法对本院从事咽鼓管吹张术临床操作人员及其他科室人员患大拇指腱鞘炎情况进行调查研究,并对相关原因、治疗方法进行分析。结果观察组大拇指腱鞘炎发病率显著高于对照组（χ2=32.78,P〈0.05）,有统计学意义;有症状者中药熏蒸洗泡治疗,4例确诊患者,1例采取超短波加艾灸治疗,2例采取药物加艾灸治疗,1例采取超短波加中药熏蒸洗泡治疗;治疗后疼痛明显减轻,并有显著性差异（t=12.3212,P〈0.05）,有统计学意义;4例患者痊愈3例,痊愈率75%,经随访4~7个月,1例复发,复发率25%。结论长期进行咽鼓管吹张术临床操作会显著加大大拇指腱鞘炎发生的可能,采取超短波、中药熏蒸泡洗、艾灸、药物治疗可以显著改善患者临床症状,预防大拇指腱鞘炎的重要措施是注意休息及锻炼。

Objective The correlation of eustachian tube insufflation and thumb tcnosynovitis analysis. Methods Our hospital in eustachian tube insufflation clinical operation staff and other department staff with the thumb tenosynovitis were investigated, and the related reasons, analysis the treatment. Results in the observation group, the thumb tenosynovitis incidence was significantly higher than that of control group （x^2=32.78, P〈0.05）, there is statistical significance; have symptoms of herbal fumigation washing therapy, 4 cases of patients, 1 cases by ultrashort wave plus moxibustion therapy, 2 cases take drugs and moxibustion treatment, I cases by ultrashort wave and Chinese medicine fumigation washing therapy; the pain decreased after treatment, and the difference is statistically significant （t=-12.3212, P〈0.05）, there is statistical significance; 4 cases were cured in 3 cases, the cure rate was 75%, after 4 months of follow-up for -7 months, 1 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 25%. Conclusion Long term eustachian tube insufflation clinical operation will increase significantly the thumb tenosynovitis may occur, take the ultrashort wave, Chinese medicine fumigation washing, moxibustion, drug therapy can improve clinical symptoms, an important measure to prevent the thumb tenosynovitis is pay attention to rest and exercise.
