参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection Treat Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Acute Exacerbation

目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的疗效。方法 80例确诊的慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者按入院先后顺序,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组给予常规治疗基础加用参芎葡萄糖注射液100 m L,每日1次;疗程均为2周。分别检测患者治疗前后临床疗效血气分析指标变化。结果用药前两组患者临床症状、血气分析差异均无无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液能缓解慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者的症状、改善血气分析指标,改善呼吸衰竭及循环衰竭,提高临床疗效。

Objective Discussion Shenxiong Injection in treatment of Chronic pulmonarhy heart disease in acute exacerbation. Methods 80 cases of Chronic pulmonarhy heart disease at ute exacacerbation of stage patients according to the order of admission, themachine is divided into treatment of progenitor and control group, each group of 40 cases. The control group with conventional therapy, treatment group was given with Shenxiong Injection 100 mL rotine treatment plus,1 times daily for 2 weeks. Clinical analysis of index changes were detected in blood of patients before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, blood gas analysis showed no statiscally significant difference（P〉0.05）, in two groups after the treatment there was statiscally significant difference in efficiency（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenxiong Injection can alleviate the Chronic pulmonarhy heart disease in acute exacerbation of symptoms, improve blood gas analysis index, improve respiratory failuer and circulatory failure, improve the clinical efficacy.
