HPLC-ELSD法测定复方桔梗止咳片中桔梗皂苷D的含量

Determination of Compound Platycodon Cough of Platycodin D HPLC-ELSD Method

目的建立一方法来测定复方桔梗止咳片中的桔梗皂苷D。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（28∶72）,流速为0.9 m L/min,ELSD漂移管温度为70℃,气体流速为3.0 SLPM/min。结果在0.513~10.26μg线性范围内桔梗皂苷D进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系良好（r=0.9996）,平均回收率99.44%,RSD=1.2%（n=6）。结论该方法准确,重复性好,可有效的控制复方桔梗止咳片的质量。

Objective To determine the compound Platycodon cough ofplatycodin D establish a method. Method Using the method of HPLC-ELSD, THe column was KromasilC18（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm）, mobile phase acetonitrile water （28 ： 72）, The flow rate was 0.9 mL/min, the ELSD drift tube temperature of 70 ℃, and the gas flow rate is 3.0 SLPM/min. Results The linear range of Platycodin D was 0.1950-4.8750μg （r=0.9996）, The average recovery was 99.44%, RSD=1.2% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is accurate with a good reproducibility ,and suitable for quality control of compound Platycodon cough.
