In balancebig profits and environment, the City Government resolutely closed down 56 mini cement plants of 3million tons capacity, carried out technical innovation of cement industry in a given period of time with40 million RMB input. It appears a 300 million RMB loss, but deducted 150,000 tons dust releasingin gain. In the meantime, radically developed modern technology. As a result, Dingxin and WangwuCement Plants with annual capacity of 2 million tons established. On completion of other two cementplants of Jizhong and Quzhai with annual capacity of 1.2 million tons and 600,000 tons respectively,the structural optimization of the industry is realized here.
