摘要
目的分析术前饮食护理干预对手术患者的临床效果影响。方法研究对象来自我院在2014年3月至2015年3月接诊的80例全麻手术患者,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用术前饮食护理干预,而后分析两组患者在干预效果上的差异。结果在禁食依从性上,观察组为62.5%,对照组为40%;在禁饮依从性上,观察组为77.5%,对照组为40%;在舒适度、满意度相关指标上,观察组要优于对照组。结论通过术前饮食护理干预可以有效的达到提升手术准备效果,提升患者手术的满意度和舒适度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of preoperative nursing intervention diet affect surgical patients. Methods The study in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 during the admissions of 80 cases of patients undergoing general anesthesia were divided into a control group and observation group and the control group received usual care, observation group preoperative nursing intervention diet then analyze the differences in the two groups of patients in the intervention effect. Results In compliance with the fasting, the observation group was 62.5%in the control group was 40%;in compliance forbidden to drink on the observation group was 77.5%in the control group was 40%;in comfort, satisfaction on relevant indicators, to the observation group than the control group. Conclusion Preoperative nursing intervention diet can effectively achieve the effect of surgical preparation to enhance, improve patient satisfaction and comfort surgery.
