甲状腺微小癌与良性结节性病变的超声及超声弹性声像图特点 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究甲状腺微小癌以及甲状腺微小良性的结节性病变,在使用常规高频超声和超声弹性成像的检测方式下声像图的特征,分析其诊断价值。方法收集2013年10月至2014年10月,我院收治的128例患者,作为为研究对象。对其超声弹性成像声像图以及高频超声特征进行分析。结果超声弹性成像比较与常规超声检测在灵敏度、特异度等方面效果要明显,二者的比较差异,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。TMC诊断中,常规高频超声(67.3%),超声弹性成像准确度(84.6%),后者高于前者,但是比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TMC良恶性鉴别诊断中,超声弹性成像准确度和灵敏度方面比常规检测效果好,超声弹性成像TMC良恶性鉴别诊断中有着重要价值。 Objective To study the thyroid microcarcinoma and minor thyroid benign nodular lesions, the sonographic characteristics of detecting methods using conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging, to analyze the diagnostic value of. Methods From 2013 October to 2014 October in our hospital, 128 cases of patients, as the research object. The ultrasound elasticity imaging and high frequency ultrasound sonogram feature analysis. Results Ultrasound elasticity imaging compared with conventional ultrasonic testing in terms of sensitivity, speciifcity and the effect to be obvious, difference of both, there were statistical signiifcance(P〈0.05). The diagnosis of TMC, conventional ultrasound (67.3%), ultrasound elasticity imaging accuracy (84.6%), the latter is better than the former, but no signiifcant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion The differential diagnosis of benign and malignant TMC, ultrasound elasticity imaging accuracy and sensitivity than conventional detection effect is good, have important value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ultrasound elasticity imaging in TMC.
