腰椎牵引配合超短波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及护理观察

Curative Effect and Nursing Observation of Lumbar Traction Combined with Ultrashort Wave on Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的针对腰椎间盘突出症患者采取腰椎牵引联合超短波的方法进行治疗并采取一定的护理措施,探究分析其治疗护理的效果。方法选择自2014年6月至2015年4月在我科接受治疗的40例腰椎间盘突出症患者根据随机投掷的方法分成对照组与观察组,平均每组20例,对照组仅采用腰椎牵引的方法进行治疗,观察组联合超短波治疗,40例患者实施相同的护理措施。观察对比治疗1个疗程后两组患者的疗效情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,观察组的有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组的(65.0%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施腰椎牵引联合超短波的方法进行治疗加上相应的护理措施可以提高治疗的疗效,改善腰部状况,在临床上具有显著的价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of the curative and nursing effect of lumbar traction combined with ultrashort wave on treatment of lumbar disc herniation through treatment and nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 40 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients who accepted treatment in our hospital from July 2014 to April 2015 were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random throwing, each group had 20 patients, control group only received lumbar traction, observation group received ultrashort wave based on control group, 40 patients were given the same nursing measures. Observed and compared the curative effect of two groups after a course of treatment. Results After a course of treatment, observation group＇s efifciency （95%） was signiifcantly higher than that in control group （65%）, with signiifcant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrashort wave combined with the ultrashort wave can improve the curative effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation of lumbar traction and improve the waist status,it has signiifcant value in clinic.
