企业发展离不开先进的企业文化支撑,而会计文化是企业文化的重要组成部分。加强企业会计文化建设,是企业可持续发展的需要,是企业防范会计风险的需要,也是建立高素质会计队伍的需要。我国企业开展会计文化建设的法治环境欠佳,企业对会计文化建设缺乏足够的认识,全方位推进力度不够。针对这些问题,应当着重在创新理念、诚信为本、系统推进、整体提高等方面采取相应措施,以加强企业会计文化建设。

Enterprise is inseparable from the support of enterprise culture, and accounting culture is an important part of enterprise culture. The enhancement of accounting euhure construction in enterprise is needed for the sustainable health development of enterprise, the prevention of the accounting risk and the establishment of high quality accounting team. In view of the current situation that the legal environment is not perfect, enterprises has inadequate understanding and advance dynamics is insufficient, this paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions on accounting culture construction of enterprise from the aspects of innovative ideas, good faith, systematic furtherance and overall improvement.
