在高职商务英语专业开设国际商法这一课程是中国经济发展的形势所需,也是中国经济贸易全球化对培养国际经济与贸易专门人才的必然要求。从课程内容、学生学习、教师授课等角度来看,国际商法课程的开展存在诸多问题。解决问题的关键在于转变教师的授课思路和方法,依托翻转课堂教学法、任务型教学法、案例教学法等多种方法,有效提升教学效果。

Runing ＂international business law＂ in business English major at higher vocational colleges due to Chinese economic development situation. Furthermore, it is the inevitable demand for talents because of Chinese economic and trade globalization. However, there are many problems in this course due to the contents, students and teachers. The solution to these problems lies in changing the teachers＇ teaching ideas and methods. Use different teaching methods such as flipped classroom, task-based teaching approach and case methods to improve the teaching of this course effectively.
