基于学科(专业)纵向设置的大学生党支部工作模式创新探析

新形势下,高校学生党支部建设面临着新的问题和挑战,需要不断开拓创新大学生党支部的设置模式,以提高学生党建工作的成效,推进学生思想政治教育,保持共产党员的先进性。本课题研究探索构建以学科(专业)为主线,垂直班号为辅的纵向设置大学生党支部工作模式,创新其运行机制,促使其更好地发挥大学生党支部提高人才培养质量的战斗堡垒作用。

Under the new situation, the construction of college students＂ Party branch is facing new problems and challenges. It is necessary to innovate college students＂ Party branch mode, in order to improve the effectiveness of students＂ Party construction, promote the students＂ Ideological and political education, and maintain the advanced nature of party menders. This study researched to explore the construction of disciplines （Professional） as the main line, supplemented by vertical classes making the longitudinal set of College Students Party branch, innovating its operation mechanism, improving the college student Party branch playing role in the quality of personnel training.
