Training Mode for Computer Engineering Talents Based on ESP-CDIO Education Idea

文章以ESP-CDIO为指导,结合IT企业需求和工程应用,以计算机工程应用为重点研究对象,探索工程应用型人才培养模式,完善人才培养框架,构建课程体系及教学方法的改革与机制。基于ESP-CDIO教育理念的人才培养模式促进教学实践改革,对学生就业率的提高有推动作用。

In this paper, a new combined education mode is proposed based on the ESP-CDIO education idea and excellent engineer project. The research object focuses on the developing mode of computer engineering talents. It is proposed a frame-work for the developing computer engineering talents and constructed curriculum system. It will improve the rate of employment of students through some reform measures used.
