摘要
目的:研究人性化护理技巧在老年骨科患者中的应用。方法选择2014年1~12月重庆市綦江区人民医院骨科收治的患者122例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各61例。对照组老年患者给予常规的护理干预,干预组在对照组常规护理的基础上结合人性化护理技巧,护理实施3个月。3个月后参考美国疼痛协会制订的患者对术后疼痛满意度的调查表,对术后疼痛程度及疼痛管理的满意情况进行评价。结果两组不同疼痛程度下疼痛评分比较,干预组当前疼痛程度、过去24 h的疼痛程度、手术后最严重的疼痛程度、术前的疼痛程度、术前对术后的预期疼痛均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=-7.940、-7.006、-14.054、-13.253、-16.251,P<0.05或P<0.01)。干预组患者在对疼痛治疗方式、住院期间疼痛照顾、术后止痛效果的满意度方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=10.076、12.213、12.887,均P<0.05)。结论针对护理服务需求的不同,结合老年患者群体自身的特殊性,给予其提供较为优质的护理,不仅有效缓解了其疼痛感觉,而且在很大程度上提高了患者对护理质量的满意程度,从而为有效改善患者的愈后提供了较好的基础。
Objective To study the application of humanized nursing skills in elderly orthopaedic patients. Methods From January to December 2014, in Department of Orthopedic Ward 2 of the People's Hospital of Qijiang District in Chongqing City, 122 hospitalized patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 61 cases each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the intervention group was combined with humanized nursing skills, on the basis of conventional nursing of the control group, nursing implementa-tion lasted for 3 months. After 3 months, postoperative pain of postoperative pain degree and the satisfaction evaluation of pain management were evaluated by the reference to the American association of pain of patients satisfaction ques-tionnaire. Results The different level of pain variable pain scores in the two groups were compared, the current level of pain, pain degree, in the past 24 h after surgery, the worst pain intensity, degree of pain before the operation, preopera-tive expectations of postoperative pain in intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (Z= 7.940, 7.006, 14.054, 13.253, 16.251, P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01). The treat-ment of pain, pain in hospital care, postoperative analgesic effect of satisfaction from intervention group patients were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (Z = 10.076, 12.213, 12.887, all P〈0.05). Conclusion Giving more high-quality care in view of the different nursing service demand, com-bined with the particularity of the elderly patients group, not only effectively relieve the feeling of pain, but also can improve the patient's satisfaction with the quality of nursing to a great extent, so as to effectively improve the patients after operation to provide a good foundation.
