摘要
根据羧甲基淀粉、羟丙基淀粉、复合离子醚化淀粉、丙烯酰胺接枝淀粉和硅改性淀粉等变性淀粉降滤失剂合成历程及降滤失机理表明,单变性淀粉抗温性通常低于130℃,复合变性淀粉抗温耐盐性能较佳,有望成为新一代深井钻探用淀粉基降滤失剂,其研发趋势之一是开发含硅基团的多元共聚接枝淀粉降滤失剂。
This paper briefly described the development of starch-based drilling fluid loss agent in oil field, analyzed fluid loss mechanism and the process of some modified starch, such as carboxymethyl starch, hydroxypropyl starch, compound ion etherifieation of starch and starch-aerylamide graft eopolymer, and silicon modified starch. The research showed that the temperature resistance of single modified starch is usually lower than 130 ℃. The composite modified starch, which is expected to be a new generation of deep-well drilling with starch-based fluid loss agent, had better temperature and salt resistance, and one of its research and development trends is to develop multivariate graft copolymerization starchy fluid loss agent, which contains silicon group.
