摘要
该文采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪,对J55管线钢边部翘皮缺陷的表面和截面进行了分析。并通过大量实验与实际发生现象进行对比,根据其特性及各项性能指标情况以及在实际中的应用效果需求,有针对性的组织研究其产生缺陷的真实所在。并对其形成因素予以深度剖析,并通过分析,逐步研究翘皮的内部组织结构,还包括力学性能方面的分析。结果表明,翘皮下存在明显高温氧化物质点和组织脱碳现象,表明J55边部翘皮缺陷与板坯状况息息相关。
In this paper,using a scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer, become warped skin defect of J55 pipeline steel edge of surface and cross section arc analyzed. And compared through a large number of experiments and actual phenomenon, according to its characteristics and various performance indicators and the application result in the actual demand, targeted to organize the study of the defects of real. And the factors of forming depth profiling, and through the analysis of internal organization structure of research gradually become warped skin, also includes the analysis of the mechanics performance. The results showed that become warped subcutaneous obvious high temperature oxide particle and organization decarburization phenomenon, show that become warped J55 edge skin defects is closely related to the slab condition.
