肝病患者门诊、住院治疗付费方式的研究——吉林省辽源市医疗保险付费方式改革

Study on the Liver Disease Outpatient and Hospitalization Payment Method——The Reform of Medical Insurance Payment Method of Liaoyuan City in Jilin Province

辽源市医保经办机构以2011～2013年三年肝病门诊费用、住院费用为依据，对市第二人民医院4686名职工医保门诊患者、住院患者费用及医疗保险支付水平进行分析，通过分析对比，说明综合性付费方式，适合辽源市基本医疗保险付费改革；肝病特病门诊、肝病住院费用支付科学合理，取得预期效果。

The medical agency of Liaoyuan city analyzed the worker medical outpatients,inpatient expenses and medical insurance payment method about 4686 patients in the second people＆#39;s hospital on the basis of liver disease outpatient expenses and hospitalization cost from 2011 to 2013. Through the analysis and comparison,comprehensive payment method is suitable for the reform of medical insurance payment method,and it is scientific and reasonable for the outpatient special disease liver and hospitalization expenses,to achieve the desired effect.
