摘要
为在JCI标准下对开展的健康教育建立有效的质量控制体系,提高健康教育效果,我院采取一系列措施规范了健康教育流程,使我院在JCI评审中患者及家属的教育(PFE)章节获得满分。实践证明,以JCI标准的健康教育质量控制体系,能有效推动医院健康教育评价指标持续改进,提升医院管理水平。
For the establishment of health education on the development of the JCl standard quality control system, improve tile effect of health education in college, we took a series of measures to regulate the health education process, so that our hospital patients and their families in the JCI in the evaluation of Education （ PFE ） Chapter got full marks. Practice has proved, in the system of health education quality control standard of the JCl, can effectively promote the evaluation index of hospital health education continuous improvement, improve the management level of hospital.
