摘要
目的观察妇产康复治疗仪在初产妇产后康复中的临床疗效。方法对照组给予产后常规治疗,而观察组在产后常规治疗的基础上联合使用妇产康复治疗仪,比较两组患者产后的康复情况。结果观察组的宫缩痛评分、持续时间、排尿时间、产后出血量等方面都低于对照组,且两组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇康复治疗仪能加快初产妇产后康复。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus for postpartum rehabilitation of primipara in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods The control group was given conventional treatment in the postpartum period,and observation group was given rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus on the basis of conventional treatment. And then rehabilitation conditions were compared between two groups. Results Al aspects of observation group were much better than those of control group,and the results had statistical significance between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Maternal rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus can obviously improve the postpartum rehabilitation of primipara.
