龈下刮治和根面平整的治疗分析

Analysis on Subgingival Scaling and Root Planing

目的：探讨龈下刮治操作的临床特点。方法选取2013年6月～2014年10月收治的牙周炎患者的超声龈下刮治的操作方法资料进行分析。结果刮治时间平均（24±2.3）min，随访6个月，受检指数均有所改善。结论龈下刮治术和根面平整术是牙周基础治疗技术中最为重要和最难掌握的技术之一。熟练地掌握该项技术将有助于提高牙周病的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the feature of subgingival scaling. Methods The operation data was analysed in periodontitis patients admitted from June 2013 to October 2014 and receiving subgingival scaling. Results The average scaling time was（24±2.3）min,fol owed up for 6 months,subject index had been reduced. Conclusion Subgingival curettage and root planing are most important periodontal treatment technologies and most difficult to master. Mastering the technology wil help to improve the clinical efficacy of periodontal disease.
