游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣在四肢软组织缺损中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Free Peroneal Artery Perforator Flap in Soft Tissue Defect of Limbs

目的：针对游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣在四肢软组织缺损修复中的应用效果展开分析。方法选取了2013～2014年来我院就诊的四肢软组织缺损患者120例，采用游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣的方式保证动脉血管蒂和受区采用端侧吻合，随机分成两组，分别为60例。结果术中所有治疗组的皮瓣均成活，其中2例患者出现了动脉危象。治疗组的疗效高于对照组。结论游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣可修复手足中、小面积皮肤软组织缺损及游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣在四肢软组织缺损中有着明显的应用效果。

Objective To study the application effect of free peroneal artery perforator flap in the repair of soft tissue defect in the limbs. Methods 120 patients with soft tissue defect of limb defect were selected from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital,to ensure that the free peroneal artery perforator flap vascularized by way of artery and zone by end to side anastomosis. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, respectively 60 cases. Results The treatment group of all flaps survived,including 2 patients appeared arterial crisis. Curative effect of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion The free peroneal artery perforator flap has obvious application effect in the soft tissue defects of limbs.
