调节血脂和抗血小板治疗对脑血栓患者的疗效分析

Analysis of Regulating Blood Lipid and Antiplatelet Therapy in Patients With Cerebral Thrombosis

目的：研究脑血栓患者进行调节血脂和抗血小板治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年4月～2014年4月间诊治的200例脑血栓患者，将其均分为两组，对照组的100例患者单纯运用抗血小板治疗，观察组的100例患者在上述治疗的基础上进行血脂调节方法实施治疗，观察两组患者的神经功能缺损程度和日常生活能力，比较两组患者的治疗效果及预后影响。结果通过积极有效的治疗，观察组患者的神经缺损评分及生活能力提高程度均优于对照组，两组患者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对脑血栓患者来说运用抗血小板治疗联合调节血脂治疗的临床效果显著，有助于提升患者的预后效果，降低患者的死亡率。

Objective To study the clinical effect of regulating blood lipid and antiplatelet therapy for patients of cerebral thrombosis. Methods 200 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients from April 2012~April 2014 year in our hospital were divided into two groups,100 cases in the control group were treated with antiplatelet therapy,the 100 patients in the observation group were treated with adjusting levels of blood lipid on the basis of the above treatment method,to observe the degree of neural function defect of patients in the two groups and the ability of daily life,comparing the two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and prognosis. Results Through the positive effective treatment,observation of neural deficit score and ability of daily living in patients with increased degree were better than the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant,with statistical significance （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of patients with cerebral thrombosis with antiplatelet therapy combined with blood lipid regulation therapy can help to improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the mortality.
