摘要
目的：探析面部瘢痕美容修复方法及效果。方法搜集2014年1月～2015年1月我院面部瘢痕40例，根据修复方法不同进行分组。给予对照组20例传统手术修复，给予实验组20例皮肤软组织扩张术。观察比较两组疗效。结果两组相比，实验组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论皮肤软组织扩张术对面部瘢痕美容修复效果好，总有效率高。
Objective Cosmetic repair method and its effect in treatment of facial scar are to be investigated. Methods 40 patients with facial scar who were treated in hospital were selected from January 2014 to January 2015 and divided into control group and study group according to different repair methods. 20 patients in control group were given conventional surgery repair treatment and 20 patients in study group were soft-tissue expansion treatment. And then compared clinical treatment effects between two groups. Results Compared to control group, patients’treatment efficacy in study group was much higherthan control group and there was a great treatment differential between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Soft-tissue expansion treatment is of high efficiency for facial scar.
