不同减压术式治疗腰椎管狭窄的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究腰椎管狭窄患者采用不同减压术式治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月~2014年12月收治的33例腰椎管狭窄患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组19例患者选择有限椎板切除椎管的减压术治疗,对照组14例患者给予全椎板切除的椎间融合内固定手术治疗,观察患者身体症状和神经功能的恢复情况。结果实验组患者的手术时间和出血量都少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组优良率为89.5%,对照组治疗优良率为71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论腰椎管狭窄患者采用有限椎板切除椎管的减压术治疗,操作方便,不容易对神经造成损伤,安全性高,有利于重建脊柱的稳定性。 Objective Different decompression treatment methods and effects in treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis are to be investigated. Methods 33 patients of lumbar spinal stenosis who were received and treated in hospital from April 2013 to December 2014 were randomly separated into study group and control group,19 patients in study group were given decompression therapy of limited laminectomy spinal and 14 patients in control group were given laminectomy of interbody combined with internal fixation surgery treatment,and then made a comparative study on patients’physical symptoms and nerve function recovery between two groups. Results Patients’operation time and their hemorrhage in study group were much less than those of patients in control group,there was a treatment differential between two groups(P〈0.05). Patients’treatment efficacy in study group was 89.5%and treatment efficacy in control group was 71.4%,there was a treatment difference between two groups and such a differential has statistic value(P〈0.05). Conclusion Decompression therapy of limited laminectomy spinal is easy to operate and it seldom does harm to patients’nerve,and in addition,such a safe treatment was conducive to stabilizing spinal reestablishment.
