奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Sodium Ozagrel Combined With Edaravone in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的：分析奥扎格雷钠与依达拉奉联合治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法将2013年7月～2014年6月我院收治的64例脑梗死患者随机分为两组，对照组（n=32例）予以奥扎格雷钠单一治疗，观察组（n=32例）在此治疗基础上联合依达拉奉治疗，比较两组的疗效及颅内平均血流速度及阻力指数。结果与对照组的65.63%总有效率相比，观察组总有效率（90.62%）有显著上升，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的疗效显著，有利于改善颅内血流速度，降低血管阻力，促进病情康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 64 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups from July 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital. The control group（n=32 cases） were given ozagrel sodium therapy. The observation group（n=32 cases）were given edaravone based on the treatment of control group. Curative effect, the MFV of intracranial vessel and resistance index were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 90.62%which was significantly higher than that was 65.63%of the control group. The difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction is significantly. The method can improve cerebral blood flow velocity, reduce vascular resistance and promote the recovery of the patients.
