拉莫三嗪治疗癫痫的效果探析

Study on Effect of Lamotrigine in Treatment of Epilepsy

目的：探究癫痫患者采用拉莫三嗪治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年10月收治的34例癫痫患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组18例患者选择拉莫三嗪的治疗，对照组16例患者采用常规治疗，比较患者治疗后的身体情况。结果实验组治疗有效率为94.44%，不良反应率为5.6%，对照组治疗有效率为75.0%，不良反应率为25.0%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论癫痫患者采用拉莫三嗪的治疗，能够提高治疗效果，减少不良反应，药物安全性较高，效果显著。

Objective To explore the treatment method and its effect of Lamotrigine in treatment of patients with epilepsy. Methods Chose 34 patients of epilepsy who were treated in hospital from March 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups at random. 18 patients in study group were given Lamotrigine medication treatment,while 16 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then compared patients’physical state between two groups after treatment. Results Patients’treatment efficacy in study group was up to 94.44%and side-effect incidence was 5.6%,while patients’treatment efficacy in control group was up to75.0% and side-effect incidence was 25.0%,there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lamotrigine medication is effective in treatment of epilepsy,it is conducive to improving treatment efficacy and reducing side-effect incidence with high medication safety.
