雷尼替丁与多潘立酮联合用药在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用评价

The Application Evaluation of Ranitidine Combine With Domperidonein in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

目的：研究雷尼替丁联合多潘立酮用药在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用。方法选取2013年9月～2014年9月在我院治疗的慢性胃炎患者共120例，随机分成两组，每组各60例，对照组采用雷尼替丁进行治疗；实验组采用雷尼替丁联合多潘立酮用药进行治疗，经过一段时间的治疗对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过一段时间的治疗，实验组的总有效率为58/60（96.7%），对照组的总有效率为46/60（76.7%），两组对比具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论雷尼替丁联合多潘立酮在慢性胃炎治疗中，具有较好的疗效，患者的满意度较高。

Objective To investigate the application evaluation of Ranitidine combine with Domperidone in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods 120 cases of chronic gastritis patients were selected who were treatedin our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 and randomly divided them into two groups,60 cases of each group. The patients in the control group were given Ranitidine treatment. The patients in experimental group were given Ranitidine combine with Domperidone. The clinical effects were compared after a period of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7% while that was the total effective rate was76.7% of the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ranitidine medication combined with domperidonein treatment of chronic gastritis is effectiveand, patients are satisfied.
