复方阿嗪米特治疗消化不良临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Compound Azintamide in the Treatment of Dyspepsia

目的：探讨复方阿嗪米特在治疗消化不良中的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月～2014年4月我院收治的消化不良患者共70例作为研究对象。对所有患者均采用复方阿嗪米特进行临床治疗。在经过2个月的治疗之后，比较70例患者在治疗前后的消化道症状的评分变化，并进行分析。结果与治疗前相比，治疗后的患者消化道症状评分有明显的下降，且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论用复方阿嗪米特对消化不良患者进行临床治疗，可以提高患者的治疗效果，改善患者的主要临床症状，且患者的不良反应较少。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of compound azintamide in the treatment of dyspepsia. Methods 70 cases of the patients with dyspepsia were selected in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2014. Al patients were treated with compound azintamide treatment. After two months of treatment,the score of gastrointestinal symptoms were compared and analyzed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the before treatment,the score of gastrointestinal symptoms after treatment was significantly decreased,and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with dyspepsia use the compound azintamide for treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect and clinical symptoms. The adverse reaction is few.
