慢性胰腺炎内科综合治疗临床疗效观察

Clinical Effects Observation of Comprehensive Medical Treatment of Chronic Pancreatitis

目的：探讨慢性胰腺炎内科综合治疗的方法及临床效果。方法对2011年4月～2015年3月我院收治的65例慢性胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，全部采用综合治疗措施，观察临床效果。结果65例患者中无死亡患者，症状得到明显缓解的为50例，没有并发症，好转出院，治疗总有效率为76.9%。有15例转入外科或上级医院进一步治疗。结论采取综合治疗措施可提高慢性胰腺炎患者的临床治疗效果，减少并发症，降低死亡率。对于经过治疗临床症状不能缓解或者存在并发症需要手术治疗的应转入外科或上级医院进一步诊治，以控制病情的发展。

Objective To investigate the method and clinical effect of medical comprehensive treatment of chronic pancreatitis. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted among 65 patients with chronic pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2011 to March 2015. Al patients were received comprehensive treatment measures and the clinical effects were observed. Results There were no deaths occurring in the 65 patients. The symptoms of 50 patients were significantly relieved without complications. And 50 patients was discharged with a better health condition conditions. The total effective rate was 76.9%. There were 15 patients were transferred to surgery department or superior hospitals. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment measures can improve the clinical effects,reduce complications and death rate in patients with chronic pancreatitis. In order to slow the development of the disease,the patients whose symptoms cannot be al eviated or with complications need surgical treatment or transfer the patients superior hospitals for further treatment.
