摘要
目的探讨比较不同治疗方案在难治性宫颈炎中的综合效果。方法选取我院接受治疗的难治性宫颈炎患者238例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组119例。对照组患者采用多功能微波治疗仪对患者进行治疗,观察组患者采用BBT对其进行治疗。结果观察组总有效率为93.28%;对照组总有效率为86.55%,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性宫颈炎患者采用BBT治疗的治疗效果好于微波治疗。
Objective To investigate the comparison of comprehensive effect of different treatments on refractory cervicitis. Methods 238 cases of refractory cervicitis patients were selected in our hospital and randomly divided them into observation group and control group, 119 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by the multi-functional microwave therapeutic instrument while the patients in observation group were treated by BBT. Results The total ef ective rate of observation group was 93.28%which was significantly better than that was 86.55%of control group. There wzs significant dif erence between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ef ect of BBT treatment in treatment of refractory cervicitis is obviously better than the microwave treatment.
