双黄连注射剂与抗生素比较治疗小儿肺炎疗效的系统评价

The System Evaluation on Curative Effect of Shuanghuanglian Injection and Antibiotics in the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia

目的：探究双黄连注射剂和抗生素对小儿肺炎治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年7月～2014年5月收治的114例小儿肺炎患者。按照抽签法将其分为观察组以及对照组，每组患儿为57例。对照组患儿采用阿莫西林颗粒进行治疗，观察者患儿采用双黄连注射剂进行治疗，比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果对照组患儿经治疗后，其临床治疗效果低于观察组患儿，两组经对比，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对小儿肺炎患者采用双黄连注射剂以及抗生素进行治疗，均具有一定的效果，但是双黄连注射剂的治疗效果更为显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shuanghuanglian injection and antibiotics curative effect in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods 114 cases of infantile pneumonia were selected from July 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital received as an object of observation,according to the results of drawing lots wil be divided into the observation group and the control group. Each group had 57 cases.The control group was given Amoxicil in granules,while the observation group was given Shuanghuanglian injection. Compared the effects between two groups. Results The total efficiency of observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Differences was statistical y significant. Conclusion Shuanghuanglian injection and antibiotics curative are both worke infantile pneumonia. Shuanghuanglian injection has obvious curative effect to infantile pneumonia.
