摘要 目的探讨PTX3与动脉粥样硬化的炎症免疫反应相关。方法通过回顾PTX3生物学特性、PTX3的基因和蛋白组成、冠状动脉粥样硬化由免疫物质介导的炎症以及PTX3与上述过程中的作用。结果 PTX3参与了动脉粥样硬化由免疫物质介导的动脉粥样硬化的整个炎症过程,可作为动脉粥样硬化疾病的新的生物学标志物应用与临床。结论动脉粥样硬化过程中有大量免疫细胞参与动脉粥样硬化是由免疫物质介导的炎症过程。 Objective To investigate the correlation of PTX3 and immune and inflammatory response of atherosclerosis. Methods To review the biological characteristics of PTX3,the composition of PTX3 gene and protein. The inflammation of coronary atherosclerosis mediated by immune substances and the role of PTX3 in the above process were to be explored. Results PTX3 was involved in the inflammatory process of atherosclerosis mediated by immune substances. The index can be used as a new biological marker of atherosclerotic disease and can be used in clinic. Conclusion A large number of studies show that a number of immune cel s involved in the atherosclerosis process in inflammatory process of atherosclerosis is mediated by the immune substances.
