腹腔积液的CT诊断分析

Analysis on CT Diagnosis for Ascites

目的：探讨腹腔积液CT的诊断分析。方法选取2013年1月～2014年6月收治的20例腹腔积液患者CT诊断方法及影像表现进行分析。结果CT扫描对于腹腔积液与腹膜肿块、增厚的鉴别，对腹腔积液成分的判断，均有较大的诊断价值。结论CT检查所显示的积液成分特征，有助于作出疾病的病因、病理判断，使CT诊断更臻完善。

Objective To explore the CT diagnosis of ascites. Methods From January 2013 to June 2014, 20 cases of abdominal CT diagnosis and imaging findings were analyzed. Results CT scans for ascites and retroperitoneal mass, thickening of the identification of the components of ascites judgment, had a greater diagnostic value. Conclusion Fluid compositional characteristics in CT examination help to find the disease etiology and make pathology judgment.
